- Coperto (cover charge) of 1-3β¬ is normal, not a scam
- You don't have to order all courses β a primo (pasta) alone is perfectly fine
- Dinner doesn't start until 20:00. Restaurants open earlier are usually tourist traps.
- Don't order cappuccino after 11am β espresso or macchiato instead
